Before you install.
Gondola runs Linux GitHub Actions jobs in your AWS account. If you have GitHub admin access and an AWS network ready, you can start with the guided install.

- GitHub.com with permission to create and install a private GitHub App.
- A Linux x64 or ARM64 workload. Windows, macOS and GitHub Enterprise Server are not supported.
- AWS deployment permissions, an existing VPC, and two subnets in different Availability Zones with outbound HTTPS.
- Terraform 1.5+ or OpenTofu 1.12+, AWS CLI, and jq.

Is Gondola a fit?
Check these four requirements before starting a trial.
No account, email address, or cloud connection is needed. These answers stay in this page and disappear when you leave.

Business includes a 14-day trial with no card required. After the trial, it costs USD $490 / year or USD $49 / month for one private GitHub organization. Compare Hobby, Business and Enterprise.
You pay AWS separately, including during the trial. Controllers, networking and storage can incur charges when no jobs are running. Estimate your AWS costs.
Try your first workflow
The installation guide takes you from signup to a working runner. Keep your existing workflow available until the Gondola build succeeds and its EC2 instance terminates.
To compare results, use the same commit and cache state. An optional worksheet lets you record runtime, costs and setup details.
After the trial
- Keep using Gondola: add payment details in billing and choose automatic or manual entitlement renewal. Payment alone does not update running tasks.
- Stop using Gondola: remove the AWS deployment and cancel the subscription separately. Canceling the subscription does not remove AWS resources.
